Terms of Sale

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Prices and shipping charges are calculated by our server at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is not considered paid until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Live animals are sold only where lawful. Customers are responsible for confirming that the species they order may legally be possessed and shipped to their destination. We may cancel an order when fulfillment would violate applicable law, carrier rules, or animal welfare requirements.

Orders are shipped using the method shown at checkout. Shipping dates may change because of weather, carrier restrictions, or animal safety concerns. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and be available to receive live animals promptly.

Inventory can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by an incorrect address, failure to receive a package, carrier disruption, extreme weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
